The Turkey Trot

We were racing at the Turkey Trot. The Turkey Trot is a race that we try to win. It happens on Thanksgiving. We run the race with all of our cousins. We start the race at the start line. When the gun shoots we get a little scared but it tells us to start running. In the race Morgan fell down. Morgan is our cousin. Daddy told us we win if we finish. We both finished so we both won! Here are some pictures from our Thanksgiving Turkey Trot.

These are our friends, Charlie and Carston. We are riding on a teeter totter. We don't live next to Charlie and Carston. Charlie still lives far away and Carston lives in California. That is far away from our house. We don't see them very much, but when we do see them we feel happy.
We like being at Charlie's house because we like playing with him. We jump off the couch onto the pillows. We ask his mommy if we can and she says yes - sometimes. If we all jump at the same time we will bonk our heads on the other kids. Instead we take turns. Charlie is very nice to us. He gets excited when we go to his house.
We loved when we got to play basketball with Carston at his old house. Tim, Carston's daddy, taught us how to shoot baskets with the basketball. He learned by playing basketball with our daddy. It makes us sad that he is far, far away from our new house. We don't see him very much so we miss him.
